Each LUM candle is designed to burn for approximately 45 hours. Trimming your wick before each use and allowing a full melt pool on the first burn will help you get the most out of every candle.

Yes. Every LUM candle is made with a natural wax blend and formulated without sulfates, parabens, phthalates, or unnecessary additives of any kind. We are deliberate about every ingredient because we believe what you bring into your home and breathe in your space should be something you feel entirely good about.

LUM candles are made with a natural wax blend selected for its clean, consistent burn and its ability to carry fragrance beautifully from the first light to the last.

Each LUM candle is 8 oz with a net weight of approximately 1.2 lbs. Substantial enough to fill a room, considered enough to sit beautifully on any surface.

A little attention goes a long way. Follow these steps to ensure the cleanest burn and the longest life from your LUM candle.

• Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before every burn. This keeps the flame even, reduces smoke, and protects the integrity of the vessel.
• Allow a full melt pool on the first burn. Let the wax reach the edges of the vessel before extinguishing. This prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn every time after.
• Burn for no more than four hours at a time. Allow the candle to cool completely before relighting.
• Burn in a stable, draft-free space away from open windows, fans, children, and pets.
• Discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains. Burning past this point can overheat the vessel and the surface beneath it.

Natural wax blends can occasionally show slight variations in color, texture, or surface appearance from candle to candle. This is a natural characteristic of the materials we use and has no effect on the quality, scent, or performance of your candle. Each one is made with the same care and intention.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lum-candles.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. All LUM shipments are insured through USPS and we will take care of it promptly.
