Shipping

We ship all LÜM orders via USPS Priority Mail to all 50 states. Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all LÜM candle sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We encourage you to explore our scent descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a fragrance before you buy, we are happy to help — reach out to us at info@lum-candles.com.

Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging every LÜM order. All shipments are insured through USPS. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lum-candles.com with the following:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged item
• A photo of the outer packaging

We will take care of you and make it right.
